During more than 30 years of support to researchers in Jordan, IDRC has helped meet challenges in such areas as agriculture, health, and industry.

 

Current IDRC-supported research in arid Jordan focuses on water management, particularly on the search for more efficient ways in which communities can use water. In related efforts, IDRC has recently fostered innovations in urban agriculture and plant breeding.
